Mindfulness for Kids – a Course for Kids held Melbourne

Introducing Calm Kids – for kids (4-7 years)

The expected outcomes for kids attending this program are:

  • Increased awareness and understanding of how their bodies work
  • Able to identify different feelings, normalize feelings and learn how to make happy feelings grow
  • Learn different relaxation techniques for calming the whole body
  • Learn how to create a personal space for calming the body
  • Able to better manage their feelings

The Program runs for 40 minutes over 6 sessions.

It is possible to deliver the sessions weekly over 6 weeks.

Alternatively, it can be run twice a week for three weeks.
