I provide support for anxiety, perinatal loss, post-termination distress, transitioning to parenthood and preparing for labour. Fathers/partners are warmly invited to sessions to prepare for parenthood.
More than one in seven new mums experience postnatal depression and anxiety. I provide help for coping with birth trauma, attachment and bonding issues, parenting skills, coping with disabilities, and exploring return-to-work options. Fathers/partners and babies are warmly welcome to sessions to improve understanding of family based issues and to aid the therapeutic process for the entire family.
