Counselling

Mindfulness is an important component of my day to day living. It helps me with managing stress, strengthens my relationships with others, boosts my self esteem and improves work performance.  In essence I practice what I preach.

You’ll find me warm and approachable.

I am also a qualified Pilates Teacher with a Diploma in Pilates Movement Therapy.

I offer Private Counselling at two different locations in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs – including evening and weekend appointments.
